The information was always important. We just didn't have a good way of keeping it connected.
We thought there should be a better way.
There are already plenty of tools available to help manage parts of this problem. But too often, you need multiple systems to manage the whole picture.
Some are complicated. Some are expensive. Some require lengthy implementations, specialist knowledge or extensive training. And sometimes, the software itself becomes another thing you have to manage.
